At Orient Retreat Spa,
we pride ourselves for making a comfortable and relaxing space for all our customer.
For the comfort of all guests, please refrain from loud conversations and the use of cell phones in the facility.
Please be respectful of your surroundings and others around you.
We recommend that valuable items be left at home, or placed safely in your lockers. Orient Retreat Spa will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items, inside our facility, or in the public wardrobe.
Please notify our staff if there are any physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your service.
Orient Retreat Spa is a smoke-free environment.
For safety reasons, our staff at Orient Retreat Spa reserve the right to prohibit entry or remove any individual who violates any safety rules or engages in any disruptive conduct.
There is a non-refundable $50 deposit, per company policy, for all first time appointments made.
To ensure better and satisfying results for our customers, treatments booked are required to be at least 60 minutes each.
Reservations are required for any services provided. To ensure the best treatment quality for all spa guests, please cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For any cancellations within 24 hours, Orient Retreat Spa will charge ½ of the reserved treatment. For any missed appointments on the day of your treatment, Orient Retreat Spa will charge the full treatment reserved.
This cancellation policy starts on January 1st 2017. Thank you for your cooperation.
